]]> As DevTeam expressed, Apple's work on disabling jailbreaking taking effect. With the new (just bs release imo) release you may lose your jailbreaking and sim unlock "privileges" if you update your phone directly via iTunes using official Apple firmware. This rule includes 3G phones, you are advised to use custom firmware's made by pwnage tool. Pwnage tool works on mac as u know, there is no official windows version. They will release when they have time. As with 3GS and other new gen IPOD Touhes, you are advised to be patient and wait if you want to jailbreak your phone in near future or use another sim card. Of course SIM rules does not apply to SIM FREE iphones.
